How to Find Your Support PIN

Verify your identity quickly when contacting our team.

For your security, when you call or email us with a sensitive request (like making changes to a domain name or hosting account), we may ask you for your Support PIN to verify your identity.

Locating Your PIN

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Look at the bottom left side of the page—you will clearly see your current Support PIN displayed.

This PIN acts as a secure password that proves you are the account owner when communicating with us outside of the ticket system.
