How to Review Billings and Invoices

Keep track of your payments, invoices, and credit notes.

Viewing Your Invoices

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click the Billing menu tab.
  3. On the left menu, click My Invoices.

Here you will see a complete list of your invoices. You can filter them by clicking the subheadings for Paid, Unpaid, or Credited invoices.

Making a Payment

If you have an outstanding invoice:

  1. Go to My Invoices and select Unpaid.
  2. Click on the specific invoice you wish to pay.
  3. Click Pay now at the top of the invoice.
  4. Select your preferred payment method, enter your details, and submit.

Viewing Credit Notes

If we have issued you a refund or a credit, you can view the documentation by going to My Invoices and clicking Credit notes on the left menu. Click any item to review its details.

Updating Billing Details for Specific Services

If your business address changes, you can update your primary profile. To apply this new address to upcoming renewal invoices:

  1. Go to Products and Services and select your active subscription.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll down to Billing Address/Company Details.
  4. Select your updated details from the dropdown and click Save.
