How to Place a New Order

Adding new hosting, domains, or care plans to your account.

Opening the Shop Page

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click the Place new order menu tab to view our available services.
  3. Select a product category on the left menu (e.g. Website Hosting, Care Plans).

Selecting Services

Click on any product to read more details. When you're ready, click the button to add the product to your basket.

The Shopping Basket

On the Basket page, you can review your chosen items. Here you can:

  • Remove items by clicking the Trash icon.
  • Add a discount or promo code if you have one.
  • Click Continue shopping to add more services.
  • Click Continue to checkout when you're ready to pay.

Checking Out

The checkout process is straightforward:

  1. Confirm your billing address.
  2. Select or add a new payment method.
  3. Click Place order & pay.

Reviewing Your Order

Once paid, you'll see an Order Summary page. You can review your invoice and order number. Your new services will immediately appear under the Products & Services tab on your main dashboard!
