How to Manage Support Tickets

Get help quickly by opening a support ticket.

The ticket system is the best way to get technical support or ask billing questions. It keeps all our communication organized in one place.

Opening a New Ticket

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click the Support menu tab.
  3. Click the Open new ticket button.
  4. Fill in the subject and describe your issue in detail.
  5. Optional: Select a specific department or link the ticket to a specific product/service you own.
  6. Click Create ticket.

Viewing and Replying to Tickets

To check on an existing request:

  1. Go to the Support tab to see your active tickets.
  2. Click on a ticket's name to open the full thread.
  3. Scroll down to read our responses.
  4. To reply, type your message in the field at the top and click Post reply.

Once your issue is resolved, you or our team can mark the ticket as Closed.
