How to Cancel a Subscription

Stop auto-renewals and cancel a recurring service.

If you no longer need a service (such as a hosting plan or a care plan), you can easily cancel it directly from your portal. Note: Cancelling a subscription does not immediately terminate the service; it simply stops it from renewing at the end of your current paid period.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click the Products & Services menu tab.
  3. Click Subscriptions on the left menu.
  4. Select the specific product or service you wish to cancel.
  5. Click the Billing menu tab.
  6. Click the Cancellation options button.

You will be presented with two choices:

  • End of Billing Term: The service will remain active until the date you have already paid up to, and will not renew.
  • Immediate Cancellation: The service will be terminated right away (note: we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months).

Provide a brief reason for cancellation, and click Submit request.

Confirming Cancellation

You will receive an automated email confirming your cancellation request. You can also verify the status by going back to Products & Services, clicking the Cancelled tab, and reviewing your cancelled items.
