How to Turn Off Auto-Renew

Switch your services to manual renewal.

By default, subscriptions are set to automatically renew so your website or services don't unexpectedly go offline. However, if you prefer to manually pay invoices each time, you can turn off auto-renew.

Turning Off Auto-Renew

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click Products & Services on the top menu.
  3. Locate your subscription in the list and click its name.
  4. Click the Settings menu tab.
  5. Click the Turn off auto-renew link.
  6. Confirm by clicking Turn off auto-renew in the pop-up window.

Manually Renewing a Service

Once auto-renew is off, an invoice will not automatically generate at the end of the term. To ensure your service doesn't lapse, you will need to manually renew it:

  1. Go to the same Settings page for the product.
  2. Click the manual renew link.
  3. Click Issue next invoice in the pop-up confirmation.
  4. An invoice will be generated which you can then pay normally via the Billing section.
