How to Change Your Account Settings

Keep your personal information and security settings up to date.

Opening the Account Settings Page

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click the profile icon in the corner.
  3. Select My account to open your profile.

Editing Profile Information

You can update your personal and company details at any time:

  • Update your name, display language, phone number, and primary email address.
  • Update your billing address and company details (including your registered VAT ID if applicable).
  • Always remember to click Save after making any changes.

Managing Account Security

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Security in the left menu.
  2. Enter your old password, then your new password.
  3. Click Change Password.

If you forget your password, you can click the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a secure reset email.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We highly recommend enabling 2FA for added security. You will need an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) on your phone.

  1. In the Security section, scroll down to Two-factor authentication.
  2. Click Enable.
  3. Scan the QR code using your mobile authentication app.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the provided field.
  5. Click Enable to activate.

Viewing Email History

You can view a complete log of all emails we have sent you right from the portal. Simply click Email history on the left menu. You'll see a list of messages, their delivery status, and you can click any message to read its contents.
